ANM means Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery. It is a medical nursing undergraduate or graduate degree programme for students to learn about fundamental medical knowledge and medical care. It opens the door to a health care sector in which professionals offer their nursing services to people.
GNM is a paramedical diploma course with a span of three and a half years. GNM emphasizes teaching Nursing students the importance of the community, community health care, and Midwifery. GNM course can be pursued after the completion of the 10th board followed by a pre-university of two years in the science stream.
